Who buys charcoal wholesale from us
Four kinds of buyers order from us: distributors and wholesalers who resell by the pallet, restaurant suppliers who need the same charcoal every week, retail chains that want their own brand on the bag, and importers who fill whole containers.
Most of them are in the Balkans: Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo and Albania by road, and Croatia and Slovenia inside the EU. Turkey and the rest of Europe take full trucks and containers.
What sets the wholesale price per ton
Two loads of the same weight can differ a lot in price. These factors change the price per ton:
- Charcoal type: Marabu and Namibian, the longest-burning, cost more than oak, beech or acacia.
- Piece size and the share of fines.
- Bag size: many small retail bags cost more to pack than 15 or 20 kg sacks.
- Print: plain bags or your own brand.
- Quantity: a full truck or container lowers the price per ton.
- Delivery terms: from collection in Skopje to delivery at your warehouse.
- Timing: order before the spring rush, when searches for charcoal jump.

Packaging and loads
Bags come in 2, 3, 5, 10, 15 and 20 kg, with multilingual labels. Restaurants usually take 10 to 20 kg sacks; shops take 2 to 5 kg bags. The number of bags per pallet depends on bag size and pallet height and is confirmed in the quotation.
Delivery usually starts from one pallet. A full truck (13.6 m trailer) holds about 33 Euro pallets. Overseas and long-distance buyers fill 20 ft or 40 ft containers; the net load is confirmed for each order.
Documents, payment and delivery
Every shipment gets a commercial invoice, packing list, transport document and origin paperwork. Payment terms and documents are agreed per order and confirmed in writing before loading.
Terms run from collection in Skopje (EXW) to delivery at your warehouse by road. Containers go FOB, CFR or CIF, usually through the port of Thessaloniki. At sea, charcoal travels as dangerous goods UN 1361, Class 4.2, and is declared that way.
How to order in three steps

Questions buyers ask
What is the wholesale price of charcoal per ton?
It depends on the charcoal type, piece size, bag size, quantity and delivery terms, so it is quoted per order. Send the product, quantity and city and we reply with a price, usually the same day.
What is the minimum order?
There is no fixed minimum in tons. Single bags are sold at the Skopje office, delivery usually starts from one pallet, and export goes by full truck or container.
How many pallets fit in a truck?
About 33 Euro pallets in a standard 13.6 m trailer. Bags per pallet depend on bag size and are confirmed in the quotation.
Which documents come with an export shipment?
A commercial invoice, packing list, transport document and origin paperwork. Payment terms and documents are confirmed in writing before loading.
Do you deliver charcoal to Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia and Albania?
Yes. We deliver by road to Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Albania, Croatia and Slovenia, and by truck or container to Turkey and the rest of Europe.
Can I have my own brand on the bags?
Yes. Private-label bags are available for retail chains and distributors; the print, bag size and quantity are agreed per order.
